In 2025, UW-Madison will have a new home for learning and collaboration in data, technology, and computing. The School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences (CDIS) building will provide state-of-the-art facilities for cross-disciplinary discovery. It will be centrally located between Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, and the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery, creating a tech corridor for students, researchers, and industry partners.
In addition to CDIS, the American Family Insurance Data Science Institute, the Center for High Throughput Computing, and the Department of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics will reside in this new building. Visit the CDIS website to take a virtual tour and learn about the opportunities this space will create.
